Some platforms - Instagram and Reddit especially (and others can be strict too) - rate-limit or even suspend a new account if its very first activity is an automated post. Post to them manually a few times and let them settle for a few days first - or hold off starting your trial until then, so you don't spend free-trial days waiting for accounts to become postable. Accounts that are already active are fine to connect right away.
